TELEGROUP D.O.O POLICY OF QUALITY

TeleGroup, as a leader in implementation of new telecommunication technologies in Serbia, enables complete solutions for communication systems, designing, realization and maintenance of wire and wireless network infrastructures, dedicated to transmission and access to Internet, voice, data and video services, as well as convergent multimedia applications.

Having in mind the purpose of existence, as well as TeleGroup’s development strategy, the Management of the company chose the following Policy of quality:

1. To fulfill expressed and unexpressed requirements of users, through a choice and proposal
     of the best solution for each individual user
2. To develop mutually beneficial relations with customers and principals
3. To secur in-time and complete post-sales support
4. To continually improve efficiency and efectiveness of Quality Management System (QMS),
     which is in accordance with JUS ISO 9001 : 2001 standard
5. To continually invest in human resources through internal and external trainings and
     seminars
6. To occasionally invest into equipment and information system for the purpose of keeping the
     contemporary technological level of equipping and communication
7. To expand range of products and services for the purpose of improvement of quotations
     quality
8. To fulfill needs and expectations of employees

Each employee is obliged to act in accordance with this Policy of Quality, thus contributing to fulfilling quality goals which are outcoming from it.
