TeleGroup Beograd presented on May 18th, as part of the all-day event „MOTOROLA DAY“ and as a longterm partner of Motorola company, anique technical solution - digital platform for transferring voice in functional radio systems.

TeleGroup mPayment _A New Payment Solution
According to the report of the International Telecommunication Union (ITU) published in 2009, it is estimated that until the end of 2010, 61% of the world population will use mobile phones, which is almost four times the number of users in 2002. Statistics show that total number of Internet users in the same period was doubled, and is now 23%. This global trend of growth enabled mCommerce to be viewed as the natural successor of the eCommerce service, and mPayment (payment via mobile phone) as the technology which enables the realization of mCommerce service. Mobile payment can be defined as simple and efficient way of performing financial transactions in exchange for goods or services. Having recognized these trends and needs of the domestic market, the company TeleGroup, together with the software company DunavNET from Novi Sad, formed a specialized technological company TeleGroup-DunavNET, with the focus on creation of the mPayment solution. This solution will enable citizens to pay their utility bills in an easy, fast, and above all reliable way, saving time they would spend on going to a bank or post office, or on waiting in lines.

TeleGroup through standards QMS, OHSAS, EMS takes huge step forward
On Monday 08.02.2010 TeleGroup received a certification for the quality management system according to the newest edition of the ISO9001:2008 standard, as well as for the health and safety system for construction works according to the OHSAS18001:2007 standard. The certification process, during which there hasn't been a single issue, was performed by the SGS group (Société Générale de Surveillance), the biggest company in the world for verification, testing and certification, established in 1878 with headquarters in Geneva.

TeleGroup has implemented Environment Management System 14001
TeleGroup d.o.o. Beograd is certified for Designing and development, producing, trading and investment construction in the areas of telecommunications, water supply, energy and gas pipeline systems as per ISO 14001:2004 standard, which enables us to control company's effect on environment. TeleGroup personnel is also being continually trained for management of this system.
Implementation of ISO 14001:2004 determined which working processes pollute our environment, which resulted in detailed description of these processes, with adequate authorizations for their application. Realistic tasks were defined and we have also introduced necessary actions for their achievement.

TeleGroup Belgrade and Telekom Srbija successfully promoted IP CENTREX service on TELFOR 2009
Same as every year, TeleGroup participated on TELFOR this year as well where as system integrator, together with national operator Telekom Srbija, we promoted the attractive IP CENTREX service which provides the local market with a faster entry to the world of IP telephony and modern communications.

TELEGROUP BELGRADE AND TELEKOM SRBIJA TOGETHER AT TELFOR 2009 PROMOTING IP CENTREX SERVICE
As many years before, company TeleGroup is present at 17th Telecommunication Forum „TELFOR 2009“, which will be held between Nov. 24 – 26, 2009 in Sava Center in Belgrade, where we will – as a system integrator and together with national operator Telekom Srbija, present and promote attractive IP CENTREX service, which shall enable the local market faster breakthrough into a world of IP telephony and modern communications.
During TELFOR 2009, TeleGroup Belgrade and Telekom Srbija shall on Nov. 25 at 11.00 AM in „Japanski salon“ room of Sava Center, promote IP Centrex service in a form of joint technical presentation titled ”Triple play for all users in different technologies”.
TeleGroup Belgrade shall traditionally have its own booth for the purpose of demonstration of Triple Play service of Telekom Srbija. Apart from IP CENTREX service, Open IPTV and Broadband Internet shall also be presented at the booth. Visitors and users will be able to recognize the quality of service itself, contributed largely by TeleGroup providing equipment for connection of IP Centrex users.

TeleGroup Renews its Cisco Premier Certified Partner Status
On 18th of June 2009, TeleGroup Company renewed its status of a "Cisco Premier Certified" partner, and has consequently continued its successful cooperation with this vendor.
For the past several years, TeleGroup has been providing its clients with most modern IP systems based on Cisco solutions, such as wireless LAN networks, systems for data security, as well as routing and switching equipment.

This traditional event, in organization of Belgrade Chamber of Commerce, was held on May 22, 2009 in JDP (Yugoslav Drama Theater), where our company - TeleGroup d.o.o. was given a distinguished award "Belgrade Winner" (Beogradski pobednik) for being one of the most successful companies in the area of information-communication technologies.
