TELEGROUP BELGRADE AND TELEKOM SRBIJA TOGETHER AT TELFOR 2009 PROMOTING IP CENTREX SERVICE

As many years before, company TeleGroup is present at 17th Telecommunication Forum „TELFOR 2009“, which will be held between Nov. 24 – 26, 2009 in Sava Center in Belgrade, where we will – as a system integrator and together with national operator Telekom Srbija, present and promote attractive IP CENTREX service, which shall enable the local market faster breakthrough into a world of IP telephony and modern communications.

During TELFOR 2009, TeleGroup Belgrade and Telekom Srbija shall on Nov. 25 at 11.00 AM in „Japanski salon“ room of Sava Center, promote IP Centrex service in a form of joint technical presentation titled ”Triple play for all users in different technologies”.
TeleGroup Belgrade shall traditionally have its own booth for the purpose of demonstration of Triple Play service of Telekom Srbija. Apart from IP CENTREX service, Open IPTV and Broadband Internet shall also be presented at the booth. Visitors and users will be able to recognize the quality of service itself, contributed largely by TeleGroup providing equipment for connection of IP Centrex users.

What is IP Centrex?
It is a new generation of telecommunication services, which enables Telekom Srbija, using TeleGroup technological platform, to ensure end-users voice and video communication through unique IP network. It is ideal for companies which are oriented towards cost effective and advanced telecommunication services, at the same time requiring flexible and simple telephone system. This service enables connection of all business premises regardless their location into unique telephone network and presents advanced technological step into area of modern communications.
For the past several years, TeleGroup is actively present in the area of development and introduction of services based on VoIP technologies, and dealing with presentation and test installations of system solutions in local networks, as well as with adjustment and upgrade of these solutions to the needs and demands of the local market. As a result of these activities, TeleGroup Belgrade and Telekom Srbija a.d. signed the Contract for delivery of first contigent of VoIP media gateway devices, as technological platform, which enables Telekom Srbija to provide to local users attractive IP Centrex service. Apart from VoIP media gateway devices, TeleGroup uses, as a platform for IP CENTREX service, Ericsson Softswitch class 5 on which this service is defined towards end users.
