Amongst services offered by TeleGroup, a very important place is held by customer training. It means that customers are able to use the equipment alone, installed by TeleGroup, after the training is completed.

Training includes: training on the spot, training of operating staff, training maintenance staff. Very often, TeleGroup organizes for its users a variety of courses, in the country and abroad, all in purpose of complete satisfaction of their needs.
