We install and maintain Ericsson’s PBXs : MX – One – Telephony System ( Full IP ) and Telephony Switch ( TDM – IP enabled ) – as the inheritances of the well – known MD 110 system, as well as Ericsson Business Phone and MD Evolution – centrals intended for smaller capacities. Call centres are also in our portfolio – Solidus eCare is the latest and the most required product of the kind.
Our offer includes Customer support, new PBXs installation and maintenance of existing ones, whether field work ( in clients buildings ) or remote, depending on the Agreement with the client.

Beside EricssonTeleGroup is the authorized partner for several international companies – equipment manufacturers, and is bound by contract to organize and offer Technical Support for all its users. Through high level of organization, rich work experience and personnel, TeleGroup’s Tehnical Support protects its client’s interests, enabling them to protect their investment in equipment which TeleGroup d.o.o had delivered and installed. In advance defined Service cooperation agreement between Technical Support of TeleGroup, Manufacturer and Supplier of the equipment, provides full efficiency in work, and offers wide range of services and favors to the User.
The basic team departement of TeleGroup’s Technical Support make 23 engineers and technicians. The Service is available 24/7 ( 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year ). There is a Service Centre in which all the equipment is tested and examined before the installation. Service Centre is technically equipped with devices and tools which will enable the remote access to all installed systems for the purpose of defining the problem and direct intervention. TeleGroup’s Technical Support is trained for installation services and maintenance of all systems from the TeleGroup’s Programme.
