Vera Štrbić graduated from the Faculty of Law at the University of Belgrade and began her career at the Third Basic Court in Belgrade. She specialized in corporate and commercial law, participating in the establishment of some of the first foreign-domestic companies and the transformation of socially-owned enterprises into private businesses.
She has worked as the Head of Legal Affairs in companies that, since the 1990s, have been market leaders in their respective business domains. She has held the position of Legal Affairs Director at companies such as "Dibek" d.o.o, "Del Yug" a.d, "Direct Trade" / "British American Tobacco" d.o.o, "Futura Plus" d.o.o, and Inpharm d.o.o.
She has actively contributed to shaping legal regulations and judicial practice in Serbia and holds a mediator license from the Ministry of Justice.
