The second TeleGroup Academy for Digital Transformation has kicked off with the best students of Belgrade University.
The event, organized by TeleGroup Innovation Team, lasts for three months and consists of two innovation management classes and mentorship over the course of a business case study.
The first class was held last Thursday in ICT Hub.
The academy’s goal is to create solutions to challenges modern companies face every day, while allowing students to learn the basics of digital transformation, as well as educate them on the values and work ethics which are in line with the user-centric conventions of modern business.
“The key idea of digital transformation isn’t just to develop the market, it’s to develop and transform the mindset the people who participate in it. That’s why we’ve decided to engage the younger generation as they’re a group that’s often underestimated in the business world, despite the fact that, very soon, they will contribute to it and become important decision-makers.” says Filip Milinković, TeleGroup Innovation Team.
This year, eighteen of FONs (Faculty of Organizational Sciences, University of Belgrade) best students will go through the TeleGroup Academy for Digital Transformation, granting them the opportunity to create their own business solutions for a challenge
that a regional company is facing..
