As a graduate economist from the Faculty of Economics at the University of Banja Luka, Biljana Jelača began her professional career in 2000 at Telefonija d.o.o. Banja Luka. Achieving remarkable results, she was appointed Director of TeleGroup Banja Luka in 2003, successfully leading the business until the end of 2007 when she went on maternity leave.
Her contribution to TeleGroup's stable market position today is reflected in her leadership of numerous complex technological projects for clients in the government, public, and private sectors. Throughout her career, she has gained and developed experience in sales leadership and the Bid team.
In early 2020, she took on the role of Director of Corporate Affairs. Today, as Deputy Director, she successfully leads teams, participates in shaping the company's strategy, and manages business operations to achieve corporate goals and strengthen the company's reputation and image.
She is a mother of three children.
