Bojana Crnadak is a certified HR Manager, NLP Practitioner, and a graduate social worker. She joined the company after fifteen years of education and work in the banking sector, gaining HR experience in a large manufacturing company in the region.
At TeleGroup, she continuously improves work processes, organizational structure, and team collaboration, ensures a strong organizational culture, and supports individual and team development. Her goal is to maintain a productive, yet peaceful and dynamic, work environment that remains clear and stable.
Bojana has extensive mentoring experience working with students from the Faculty of Economics in Banja Luka, as well as with students from the Faculty of Political Sciences, Department of Sociology – HR specialization in Banja Luka.
She is also the organizer of numerous internal training sessions and workshops for TeleGroup d.o.o. Banja Luka employees, covering essential topics for modern business operations.
