Milomir Gligorijević has built a long and successful career in the field of information and communication technologies, holding executive positions in some of the most significant companies across the former Yugoslavia.
As a visionary and leader in the introduction of new technologies, he has played a crucial role in the modernization and economic development of the region. His influence is evident in numerous strategic projects, including the construction of Serbia's first optical infrastructure, the founding of the first specialized internet service provider, BeotelNet, and the establishment of the first CATV provider, Telefonija KDS, which later evolved into today's SBB.
In the early 1990s, he founded the private technology company TeleGroup Limited in the United Kingdom. From this venture, subsidiaries including TeleGroup Banja Luka, TeleGroup Belgrade, TeleGroup Montenegro, TeleGroup Finance, and, since 2016, TeleGroup Germany, have emerged, now employing over 400 people.
He graduated from the Faculty of Electrical Engineering at the University of Belgrade. Throughout his long and successful career, he has honed his managerial and leadership skills, making him one of the most influential business figures in the Western Balkans region.
Milomir is a member of the Serbian Chamber of Engineers, the American Chamber of Commerce, the Serbian Association of Managers, and NALED. He has received numerous awards and recognitions for his contributions to regional economic development.
In addition to his professional achievements, he is a well-known sports official. He has been an active member of the FK Partizan Management Board for over 20 years and has served two terms as a member of the club’s Executive Board. For many years, he was also a professional football referee. Additionally, he is the president of the Partizan Chess Club.
