The fifth generation of the DX Academy was officially launched on February 26 in the relaxed atmosphere of Đura Bar, where participants got to know each other, their mentors, and the upcoming program through interactive games.

This year’s Academy was attended by 19 carefully selected final-year students from the Faculty of Organizational Sciences (FON) and the Faculty of Electrical Engineering (ETF). Embracing collaboration and an interdisciplinary approach, participants worked in mixed teams – a blend of knowledge, experience, and perspectives that proved to be a strong foundation for quality solutions and mutual learning.

Throughout the Academy, four practical workshops were held, during which students, with the support of mentors and through real-life examples, developed user-centered solutions. Alongside the educational component, a team-based Pub Quiz was organized, further encouraging connection and team spirit.

A special experience for the participants was the visit to our company, TeleGroup, where students had the opportunity to take on real business roles and gain insight into daily operations through direct interaction with mentors.

The final challenge of the Academy was a case study task, where teams applied their acquired knowledge and presented their solutions before a professional jury. The finale took place on April 8, marking the successful conclusion of yet another generation of the Academy.

This year, the DX Academy celebrates its fifth anniversary. Over the past five years, we’ve witnessed the growth and development of exceptional young individuals. Each generation continues to inspire us with fresh ideas, innovative solutions, and a strong dedication to user needs. We are especially proud that the solutions created within the Academy consistently place the user at the center – proving that participants have fully understood and embraced the core values of the Academy.
