DX HUB: Digital Excellence & Innovation
This summer, we ran DX HUB, an internal program created in the spirit of DX Academy, but designed for employees and the everyday business challenges they face. The idea was simple: to introduce colleagues to the possibilities AI tools offer, show them how to use these tools in their daily work, and open up space for ideas that could improve internal processes.
The program consisted of four workshops: "AI Tools in Everyday Work," "AI Agents and Process Automation," "From Need to Solution," and "Improvements and Innovation from Within."The workshops were led by colleagues from the company, who shared knowledge and experience through concrete examples from their own work. Participants had the opportunity to try out different AI tools and explore ways to apply them for completing tasks faster, automating repetitive activities, and working more efficiently. Through their colleagues' examples and experiences, they also got acquainted with the process of developing an idea – from identifying a need, through designing a solution, to presenting it through a strong pitch and storytelling.
A special part of DX HUB was the work on concrete internal projects, where employees could immediately apply what they had learned. Multidisciplinary teams, formed following the same approach used in DX Academy, worked on real business challenges, looking for ways to make existing processes simpler, faster, and more efficient with the help of AI tools and digitalization.

Practical application was one of the program's key goals – for AI not to remain merely a topic of discussion, but for employees to gain the confidence and experience to use it independently as a tool in their everyday work. DX HUB gave them the chance to experiment with new tools, identify where these tools could save them time and make their work easier, and also think about how technology could improve broader business processes.
Through working on these projects, employees also had the opportunity to step outside their usual roles. Collaborating with colleagues from other teams brought new perspectives, an exchange of knowledge and experience, and a chance to try their hand in areas outside their regular scope of work. In this way, DX HUB was not only a space for learning new technologies, but also for connecting people, developing new skills, and jointly finding smarter ways to work.
As with DX Academy, the starting point for every project was the same: the customer at the center. This time, that meant employees themselves and their needs – the idea was for solutions to be developed based on the real challenges colleagues face in their everyday work.
The next step is implementing the solutions developed through DX HUB into the company's internal processes. The teams that were formed will continue working on their projects, with the goal of turning the ideas from the program into concrete improvements.
DX HUB thus represents a step beyond simply getting familiar with AI tools: the goal is for their application to become part of everyday work, with employees themselves driving that change.
