ParkLife solution officially implemented in the Municipality of Raška
As part of the „Towards Smart, Green and Liveable Cities in Serbia" initiative, run in cooperation with GIZ and NALED, the ParkLife solution has officially been implemented in the Municipality of Raška.
The implementation was completed with the handover of licenses to representatives of the Municipality of Raška and the relevant public utility company, followed by practical training for the system’s future users.

During the training, employees who will use the platform on a daily basis were introduced to its key functionalities and practical applications. The Municipality of Raška has thus gained a digital solution for smart green space management, providing local services with support in efficiently organizing and monitoring their activities.
ParkLife enables local services to access all relevant data in one place - from green space records and work planning to sensor data and communication with citizens through a mobile application. This makes it easier to monitor conditions in the field, respond more quickly to citizens’ requests, and plan future activities more precisely, while supporting more efficient maintenance of public spaces and resource optimization.
As part of this project, a tree tomograph was implemented through ParkLife for the first time. The device provides a more detailed insight into the health of trees and enables the timely identification of potentially hazardous trees. Its use provides local services with additional support in planning interventions and improving the safety of public spaces.
The implementation of the ParkLife solution in the Municipality of Raška represents another example of how digital technologies can contribute to better management of public spaces. By using available data and digitalizing everyday processes, local services can manage green spaces more efficiently, improve maintenance, and contribute to creating a more organized and pleasant environment for citizens.
